We have adopted a cat :) Because, well, ok, anybody who knows me at all knows it's pointless to answer this question. hehe I suppose I will always have my animals, it's kinda part of who I am. I thoroughly missed having a cuddly pet after we gave Tito to my mother's friend and co-worker, Ms. Audrey (He has a WONDERFUL home, and is apparently spoiled beyond all belief...thank you for that,Ms. Audrey.)

**sidebar--without a fenced in yard, and with 3 young children, it was incredibly difficult to, by myself, give Tito the time and attention he needed. Ms. Audrey was a perfect fit for Tito, and although we miss him (ALOT) I know that he is seriously loving his new family!

Anyway, I knew that I could not give a dog what it deserved right now, but a cat is a different story! So, I kinda started looking around, and I found Clover, at the animal shelter. We adopted her on Tues., I think it was meant to be, because she was actually slated for euthanization 8 days before we got her, but they kept putting it off b/c the lady in the cat room really liked her alot.

She is a little, quiet, sweet kitty. She sleeps in my bed, and is good with the kids (they have been good with her, as well.) We just got back from the vet, and barring bad blood test results, she has been given a clean bill of health except for a respiratory infection, which they told me almost every cat at the animal shelter has. A week of antibiotics, and that will be history!

Oh, and Tyrone is on board with the having a cat thing. Bless his heart. He told me a while ago that he knew when he married me that I would be rescuing and bringing home animals for the rest of my life.

And....drum roll please....pics of our newest family memter!!

Comfy kitty!

She fits right in with us, can you tell!? I LOVE this pic!!
