There is a small (but great) zoo not to far from us here, and a while back, Tyrone and I decided that it would be worthwhile to become members (it has been.) There are some wonderful programs for kids out there every few weeks, and it's fun to have become familiar with the different animals and see the changes with the seasons. They boys love it, it's like going to visit friends. We took our *new digital camera* (Thanks for the early b-day present, Mom!) with us on our latest visit, and here are the pics.
This miniature horse is part of the petting zoo. The boys thought he was a little small after their real cowboy experience in Moira!!

Kaleb climbing the trees!
Kaleb did it, you know brother had to do it, too!
They just opened their beautiful butterfly garden for the summer...It has gorgeous flowers everywhere and was a blast for the boys, you couldn't take a step or stretch out your arms without touching a butterfly of one sort or another!

You are doing a great job of keeping the blog up to date! I love the zoo, too. The one here is just marvelous. It has a new area this summer called Oklahoma Trails that we haven't seen yet, but hear it is amazing. Thanks for all the pictures. Everyone looks good!
Thanks for posting the most recent zoo trip. I love zoos and seeing the pix of the boys is wonderful. They are growing up quick, quick! I have enjoyed the pix taken with the cell phone but a camera is better. Hope you enjoy it!
