Lately

Tyrone left at the end of last week, after a really wonderful 15 days of leave. We are so sad to have him gone, but we know that the next time he is home, we will have much more than 2 weeks! So that is what we are looking forward to, being on the last (rather loooong) leg of our count down!

Yesterday was my birthday, and I didn't really think it would be any biggie, just because of circumstances, but I ended up feeling very loved and birthdayed! My Mom sent me a birthday-in-a-box, complete with cake and decoration and everything! My grandparents sent me a great card, and then our friends Dawn and Josh asked if we could all go to the zoo together! When we got there, Dawn had made me cupcakes! With little pinwheels! Anyway, we had a really awesome time! Here are the pics I got before my batteries died in the camera...
